Terms of service

  • By commissioning me you agree with the terms bellow automatically, you also agree that you're aware english is not my main language, and some grammar mistakes on my end may happen.

  • I don't do refunds unless im unable to complete your commision.

  • As a commisioner its your responsability to give me a clear digital reference for me, i wont work based on descriptions or traditional references.

  • If your reference is heavily shaded, have a big watermark, or something else that may interfere with the colors i may ask you for a unshaded/unwatermarked ver.

  • If i havent started your commision yet you can change the character, just ask me.

  • Do NOT use my artwork commercially, even if you payed it. You're allowed to use it only for personal use.

  • I do not consider social medias icons as comercial use. This might change in the future

  • Exception for rule above is for designs, which you're allowed to use for commercial use [ex. physical merch, youtube thumbnails]. This rule may change later on but if you get a design by me while this rule is still in place you're free to do whatever youd like with my design (as long as it's not problematic)

  • I have full rights to use your commision to advertise my work, which mean that i, as the artist, have permission to post it anywhere on my social medias.

  • Do not claim my art as yours in any way, shape or form, if uploaded to TH credit me there [Galazzyx], can also used on other websites with clear credit. either a link back to me or "art by galazzyx" is also fine

  • I don't work on deadlines unless its a birthday gift, christmas, etc. and if so you should warn me beforehand

  • Do not rush me, art isnt my highest priority of my life.

  • I have the right to decline a commision if i don't like the concept I don't feel confortable doing it

  • Do not use my art for AI art. You will be blocked and blacklisted.

Commission process

  • USD paymens are paypal invoices only. BRL payment can be made via PIX.

  • I use the conversion $1 USD = R$2 BRL

  • PLEASE don't add any extra notes when paying the invoice. this includes usernames, compliments, anything. Paypal sometimes block the money when people do that

  • I will only start working only once receiving full payment

  • Commission process will be started as soon as possible, once a sketch is done it will be sent to approval

  • I can do minor changes to the final product, but any major change should be asked for on the sketch phase
